This hotel exceeded all expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the room was equipped with a range of amenities, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the Private Onsen, which was an absolute highlight of the trip. the views from the hotel were stunning, and the breakfast was top-notch with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

That we didn't stay longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the room had all the basic amenities that you would need during your stay. the location was good, with easy access to public transportation. Having free Wi-Fi was great also.

The room was not well maintained. the carpets needed cleaning, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed, including a private onsen which was a real treat. We really wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The scenery outside was breathtaking, and the food offered was delicious. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The peaceful and calming atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The room was not as clean as we had hoped. The noise level was high, and there were disruptions during the night that made it difficult to sleep.
